How do I renew my domain registered through your company?

If you already have domain names registered with us, upon their expiry at least 30 days prior you will get a reminder email from our billing system to log into your Client Portal and renew your domain(s).

If you do not renew your domain prior to the expiry date, your domain will expire and will not be active anymore, therefor your website and any other services requiring access to your domain name will not function correctly.

We recommend you renew your domain(s) as as possible when you get the notification emails to do so conveniently by creditcard.
